*Sips tea* could this be why Nicki Minaj pushed The Pink Print back a few weeks ?
Jay-Z has released the visuals for single Holy Grail featuring Justin Timberlake off the album “Magna Carta… Holy Grail.” This is the first video to ever be premiered on Facebook (no surprise Jigga is a BUSINESS MAN).
Directed by Anthony Mandler, “Holy Grail” tells the story of being in the music business, having it all and watching it all fall before your eyes. Jay tells us how the life he lives seems glamourous to us but there is a dark side to the industry that we don’t see. Giving examples of Mike Tyson, MC Hammer going bankrupt and Kurt Cobain committing suicide all due to fame. Explaining what comes with the fame, Hov reveals he can’t spend time with daughter Blu without being seen by the paps.
“Holy Grail” is currently number 6 on the Billboard Top 100. Watch the video below.
Gearing up to release his 4th studio album The 20/20 Experience 2 Of 2, Justin Timberlake is making his promo runs. He recently stopped by NY’s own “The Breakfast Club” for a very thorough interview with Angela Yee, Charlamagne Tha God and DJ Envy.
During the VMAs JT brought out band mates JC Chasez, Chris Kirkpatrick, Joey Fatone, and Lance Bass, formally known as N’Sync and took everyone by storm with a stellar performance with Justin Timberlake throwbacks. Of course he chatted about the performance and the reunion with his bandmates.
“I got my own tour to worry about, I got my own bills to pay. It’s like old times but we’re a lot slower. There was a time where we actually bigger than bubblegum so I thought it would be an interesting send-up.”
He also discussed the album, how he stays relevant, his thoughts on boyband One Direction, his investment with MySpace and more
Rumor has it band members J.C. Chasez, Lance Bass, Joey Fatone, and Chris Kirkpatrick will join Justin Timberlake on stage during MTV 2013 VMA’s.
Justin Timberlake is nominated for six awards at this year’s VMAs and will receive the prestigious Michael Jackson Video Vanguard Award. He is too scheduled to perform where the boys will reunite.
All members of NSYNC was spotted in the VIP section at Timberlake’s final “Legends of the Summer” concert with Jay Z at Sun Life Stadium in Miami along with Jessical Biel.
Glad to see they did not end their run on bad terms and can reunite . . do I hear an album in the works ?
