Remember back last October Chris Brown was on probation for the incident between him and Rihanna ? Well while on probation, Breezy was charged with misdemeanor assault for punching a man who was trying to take Chris’ picture.
With everything going on in the 25-year-old singer’s life both personal and professional, he went ahead and copped a plea in his D.C assault case. Both Chris and his bodyguard were arrested and charged with misdemeanor assault. The bodyguard was found guilty earlier this year while Chris rejected a plea deal.
Apparently Breezy was offered a lesser charger of simple assault in a brief hearing. With on again off again girlfriend Karrueche by his side, Chris apologized to the court and told the judge he just wants to put the whole thing behind him so he can focus on his music and tour again.
He was sentenced to time served (2 days he spent in D.C jail after being arrested) and fined him $150.
With “X” dropping in a few weeks, this might have just been what was best for Chris Brown and his music career.

Since Rihanna and Chris Brown called it quits initially, Drake has always had a thing for Rih Rih ultimately causing a feud between the two men. The two even came to blows with bottles in a night club back in 2012. But it looks as though the two have squashed their beef and let bygones be bygones. Drizzy and Breezy were in the studio together a few nights ago along with Tyga and a few friends.
No word as to what they duo was working on, maybe a possible Fan Of A Fan 2 mix-tape or even some tracks off their upcoming albums. If you all remember, the two were not always feuding. The first track they were ever on together was four years ago on “Deuces.”
Our eyes and ears are open !
Wonder what Rihanna has to say about all of this ?
Looks like another name has been added to the rooster of people who will be featured on Chris Brown’s upcoming album X.
Breezy took his Instagram account to share a photo of him and Ariana Grande rehearsing for the music video. “First time back up en pointe in years,” said the former ballet dancer. “I missed it so much but my toes certainly didn’t #blisters #bloodytoez.” Although the title of the song has not yet been released the two shared some lyrics.
“Dug a single seed into the ground, I hope it grows / In a year or two if you’re around, you’ll see a rose.”
Earlier this month, Chris shot a video for his banger “Loyal” featuring Lil Wayne, French Montana, and Too $hort at Universal CityWalk.
Other names such as Lil Wayne, Kendrick Lamar, and Nicki Minaj will be featured on Breezy’s album which hits stores May 5th.
If it’s not one thing its another for singer Chris Brown. Breezy may be out of anger management rehab and gearing up for the release of his forthcoming album X, but behind the scenes things are looking a little sticky.
Chris Brown took to his Twitter account to point the fingers of his ex manager Tina Davis who has accused of leaking new music off the album and withholding a hard drive that contains more of his music.
The tweet was later deleted and replaced with “Snakes in the grass. . . Just stay positive.” Tina began managing Chris in 2005 but was given the boot earlier this year and replaced with Def Jam VP of A&R Bu Thiam (Akon’s brother). Once Tina Davis peeped the tweet she then tweeted herself
@chrisbrown Trace it! Find out where it originated from…RCA can do that for you. Then send a defaming tweet out on who really did it.
Tina who also deleted her tweet replaced it with
My career started 10 years before I met @chrisbrown. It grew another 10 years afterwards….#Godisgreat #Godgotme #Godgotus Thank you!!!
Well then ! Hopefully the two will settle the madness and get to the bottom of the situation. In better news “X” will be in stores May 5th !
If Chris Brown is serious about retiring and not putting out any more music, then he can still direct videos, right?
Chris released the visuals to his third single to his album X which also features Brandy, Wiz Khalifa Kendrick Lamar, Kelly Rowland and more.
Self directed, Chris tweeted “While you guys kill yourself over bullshit ill keep directing stuff like this! Thx team breezy!!” The video of course makes you wanna hit the club as soon as it comes out and thats just with Chris does as he as seen above with comedian Nick Swardson riding shotgun.
